With more than 50 years of experience, ERREKA is a world specialist in the manufacturing process of technical plastic injection molds. We design customized tooling for plastic components and insert molds, with a wide range of applications in different sectors such as automotive or biohealth. We have a large fleet of injection molding machines from 15 Tn to 400 Tn.

ERREKA has a clear focus on and vocation towards the automotive industry, maintaining an open dialogue and extensive cooperation with all local stakeholders, operating within the business fabric of the Basque Country and developing business hubs in which companies, research centres and universities improve their competitiveness through cooperation.

We have manufacturing and maintenance resources to repair, modify or adapt moulds that are in use or in production at our facilities, making us highly reliable for our customers.

We know that for our customers it is important to have a supplier base close to the manufacturing countries, that is why ERREKA is strategically distributed around the world with four production plants in different locations. We are in Spain, Mexico, Czech Republic and China, covering the production and commercial needs of their areas of influence.

At ERREKA we are always at the forefront, that is why innovation and digitalization are part of our DNA.

Although we are specialists in certain automotive products, such as connectors, quick connectors, handles, door locks or clutch systems, we are also working to incorporate new product families.

We are also incorporating new injection processes (microfluidics) and production means to manufacture new moulds, which will allow us to enter new sectors.
